How the heat works
Nine panels, one button, three settings
Across the Soleilwear lineup, the vests carry nine carbon-fiber panels: at the back of your neck, across the middle of the back, on each side of the lower back, and around and above the two hand pockets. The jacket swaps them for six graphene panels and a bigger 7.4V pack.

Run a tape around the fullest part of your chest under your arms. Our charts give the body range for each size and, separately, what the vest itself measures.

A heated vest warms best close to the body, over a base layer or a thin sweater. If you live in a thick hoodie, compare the garment chest with your chest plus that hoodie.

Men's and women's cuts differ
A women's M is 15.6 inches across the shoulder, and a men's M is 17.5. Pick by the chart for the cut you want, not by the letter.

The back length runs from 24.5 inches on a women's S to 30.3 on a men's 3XL. If you are tall in the body, look at that row before the chest.

You choose one of three settings with the chest button: Low at 104°F, Medium at 122°F or High at 140°F. Those are the panel temperatures we give for every vest and for the graphene jacket.
The lightweight puffer vests are listed at up to 10 hours on the 10,000 mAh bank in the box. The graphene jacket gives the hours per setting: 12 on Low, 8 on Medium and 6 on High on its 16,000 mAh pack. The fleece vests publish no runtime, so we print none.
Yes. Take the power bank out of the inner pocket and unplug the cable, then machine-wash the vest. The manual in the box has the full care steps.
Measure your chest at its fullest and compare it with the body range on the chart for your cut. If you wear a thick layer underneath, compare the garment chest with your chest plus that layer. The size guide has both charts in inches.
Yes, in your carry-on, but never in a checked bag. Without airline approval, the FAA allows a rechargeable battery of up to 100 watt hours. Our heating guide shows how to work that number out from the label.
